Before we had any idea what had happened in Texas on Sunday, liberals did what they always do after mass shootings. They blamed the responsible gun owners of the NRA.
The @NRA is soaked and bathed in blood. How do its adherents sleep at night?

How many kids must die of gun violence on playgrounds & streets every day with no attention at all before we wake up to what’s happening?

Obviously, it’s shameful to make a claim like that before we know the facts.
But, as is often the case, the liberal tweets didn’t age well.
We now know what happened in Texas and it’s a liberal narrative buster to say the least.
From The Daily Wire:
So much for those who want to vilify the NRA in the wake of the Texas massacre in Sutherland Springs, Texas, on Sunday: Stephen Willeford, the man who shot and chased the man who killed 26 people in a Texas church, is an NRA instructor. Willeford insisted, “I’m no hero; I am not. I think my God, my Lord, protected me and gave me the skills to do what needed to be done.”
So much for that whole NRA is evil narrative.
Turns out, an NRA member is the only reason this shooting didn’t go on longer. For all we know, the shooter would have escaped.
Here’s more on what ultimately ended the massacre.

God bless Stephen Willeford and God bless the good people at the NRA.
Perhaps Tomi Lahren said it best…
If you think it’s wise to lecture Texans on gun laws, I’m guessing you haven’t spent much time in Texas.
